Functional Decorations

Adds functionality to the various decorative items that can be placed inside tanks, allowing for more versatility with fulfilling livestock requirements. Loosely realistic. All DLCs supported, but none required.


The following changes have been made:
-Multi-tile decorations now only require one tile to be placed, allowing for stacking of decorations and scenery
-'Rock' modifier changed across text to 'Hard Surface'
-A few paint names changed to be more interesting
