Keyz' Outpost Funerals

When a pawn dies in an outpost (from VFE) the pawn is delivered back to the colony for a proper funeral.

To ensure performance isn't affected, and to not spam the player, outposts are only evaluated every 12 hours to check for dead pawns, and will only send back one at a time.

If you're playing with the Mr Samuel Streamer Flavour Pack Mod then don't use this. That mod has this functionality built in and may conflict.
