But! You can do it yourself – the mod is literally just a collection of DDS images. You can use GIMP to resize the spots on them for a more preferable amount of FLAWLESS!!BLOODSLURRY!! on your screen.
(Just a reminder that for a vanilla game, when converting back to DDS, you'll need to select the DXT5 (BC3) compression type and also agree to regenerate mipmaps . Keep in mind that the DDS image dimensions must be multiples of powers of 2 , otherwise you won't be able to compress it using BC3.)
Btw, in about half an hour I'll post an update with increased clarity and new, more varied crawl marks.
