Endless Hordes

A mutation that runs an endless horde vscript on every campaign. Doesn't effect common/special count, health, or damage.

Technically, the title is a lie, because hordes do end when there is a tank (idk how to prevent this yet, but they come back after) and when a survivor reaches the saferoom. Finales are also weird.

Todo: make horde consistantly not start until the intro cutscene of a map ends.
