This mod allows unlimited recruitment slots in one turn! You can create a full stack army or navy in one turn, provided you have the money for it.


*Only affects the PLAYER
**Designed for vanilla, but should work with most other mods

I'm using it on DEI and i noticed that when at war, after 40 turns, even if the commander is in a city or deck, it reverts back to the old way where you have to wait multiple turns to build an army. idk if just me or not. In Grand Campaign, playing as Rome.
