Echo II SS-N-12 upgrade

Although not associated with a new NATO reporting name, the Echo II was itself subject to an extensive set of improvement programs, under the indexes Project 675MK, 675MU, and 675MKV. The first two of these saw the SS-N-3 replaced with the dramatically more dangerous SS-N-12, also enabling simultaneous guidance of a full 8 missile salvo. Ten boats were refurbished to this standard, four in 1976-1979, five in 1980-1984, and a final example in 1986. From 1986, the 675MKV began to enter service as well, fielding the SS-N-12B/P-1000 Vulkan, although this version is not currently represented in this mod. If I feel like making a P-1000 mod later I'll probably update this mod to include it.
