Difficult Pete (Roaming Boss)

This being my first mod there might be issues but I went out of my way to to sift through as many as I could to reach a necessary compromise that would suit the players needs for this mods intent. Starting off, THIS MOD IS NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY (its a meme and it always will be). Secondly if you do decide to go through with this (MAKE A BACKUP SAVE FIRST), his stats are based on the Oni Twins (FROM ANOTHER MOD-NOT INCLUDED OR RELEVANT) so don't approach him (or get snuck up on) unless you have a lot of forces with OP gear and stats. Third, all the additions and changes to his design are built in the base game tools (I didn't see any crossing over with other mods). Lastly if you're looking to find him then just like an Ogre you gotta invade their swamp (look around).
