Based on the Mann vs. Machine cinematic trailer, as well as the robot NPC's in said gamemode. Part of an MvM unusual set which is intended to be added together.

Uses experimental "Outline" tech. When close to the wearer, an eyeglow and dim rimlight will appear. This fades at a distance.

Also uses Velocity-based tech. When the wearer moves, sparks fly out from the hat, similar to the MvM robots.

Fun Facts:
- The Australium color variant is based on the MvM robots, whose eyes become golden when the AI's level is Hard or Expert, such as Pyros who airblast with increased accuracy.
- The cloud and ray colors of the Australium color variant is inspired by the "Morning Glory" unusual effect.
- The red teamcolor was chosen to be white due to red eyeglow/electricity not fitting aesthetically, and could be considered "pinkeye."
