描述
Normalizes diagonal movement to be consistent with forward movement, and can adjust overall movement speed to compensate.

Can also disable the strafing movement penalty.

This makes the movement feels so much better. Enemy is way to accurate in this game, with the default speed, it's pretty awkward to play aggressively.

Issue has been resolved. If you already have a game with Starlight Green active, you'll still need to use the workaround below.

Please be aware there is currently a game breaking bug in Starlight Green with a workaround below!

Both service elevators refuse to open on the way back up. You can escape from the second elevator that has the keycard with a slide, but if you send it back down you'll be permanently trapped in the basement area.

No other elevators are affected. I'm looking into the issue now.
