It's our show now, let's show them what N.O.O.S.E. can do!

A somewhat realistic and slightly accurate Grand Theft Auto IV National Office Of Security Enforcement nextbot AI. They obviously don't behave exactly the same as the ones in GTA IV, but they are close. If you're itching for some real SWAT AI, then you'll love this addon.

List of features:
• Coded almost completely from scratch.
• Using voicelines extracted straight from the files of GTA IV.
• Attacking players on sight, unless ignore targets is on.
• Fighting any armed NPCs they find, with extreme efficiency.
• Emergent AI behaviour, making them seem far smarter than they really are.
• Tactics that are similar to those used by real Tactical Response Unit officers.
• Changing their plans based on how many squadmates they have.
• Coordinated breaching and taking cover.
• Kicking down doors.
• Locking down areas a suspect might go through, if given enough time.
• Reacting to players taking hostages (unarmed citizens).
• Disabling AI, enabling ignore players or notarget actually works.
• Some officers may use a shotgun in CQB, or a pistol instead of reloading.
• Some officers may have sniper rifles, using them at long range to cover areas and pin down criminals.
• Never Miss mode. N.O.O.S.E. from this addon have a 75% chance to miss a player when shooting at them. If you want to find out why, enable this mode.
• Multiplied Health mode. Increases the health of N.O.O.S.E. officers by about two times, though headshots will still one tap them. Good for weapon packs with a lot of damage.
• Manhunt mode. N.O.O.S.E. automatically start out hunting down players instead of requiring a line of sight beforehand.
• Bonus Niko Bellic nextbot. Requires either this addon or this addon. Will rip out your heart. May or may not be completely unfair to fight. DO NOT HURT HIS COUSIN.

Planned features:
• Rappeling from high places.
• Shooting weapons out of their hands.
• Optional tear gas, like in Grand Theft Auto V.
• Dragging away their wounded.
• Probably will never happen but driving AI.
