Dependency Overdose Fix

Hard drugs in Rimworld have a random overdose chance, which the relevant dependency genes prevent, and also a cumulative overdose severity, which the dependency genes do not prevent. The trouble with this is if you're using multiple dependency genes, that severity can cause overdoses. You can micro this to avoid it, with adding new drugs on different days, but that's tedious and can go wrong with extended raids etc. Instead, this tiny mod makes it so that dependency genes also remove the cumulative overdose severity, only for the relevant substances.

Source code included, MIT license, if this is useful to anyone else: It's fairly simple.

I just bumped the supported versions after 10 minutes of testing: There didn't seem to be any code changes related to this.
