Terminator Phased Plasma Rifle Sounds & Muzzle Flash for SMG1

This mod replaces the default SMG1 sounds with Phased Plasma Rifle sounds from the original Terminator films. It also changes the Muzzle Flash into purple one, to resemble the plasma from the film. The sounds differ a bit from the AR2 version, to help in distinguishing between the weapons.

The Tracers in this version remain unchanged, since their texture also doubles as sparks, (and purple sparks would look really weird).

BUG/FEATURE - The SMG1 Muzzle Flash textures are shared in-engine between almost all of the game's firearms. So this mod accidentally changes them as well.
