what do you mean wont let you place it down? might be grouped with the dhs hotspots. ctrl+shift+g ungroups white boxes. Also scroll wheel up lets you select inside grouped boxes

Press U when you have the spawn box selected. and you can see the color tints. Raptor is soon.
