No Money Duping

Adjusted the prices in the shops to make gold piece duping nearly impossible. Furnace recipes unaffected as they take time to smelt. Just about everything in the shop is cheaper from the price adjustment.

Ex: Before, Wood cost 30g, you can buy it and craft it into 2 Wood Planks and sell those for 16g × 2 = 32g (+2g profit).
With this mod, Wood costs 30g, but the 2 Wood Planks would sell for 15g × 2 = 30g (+0g profit).
