@Mizu I use Crowbar to compile/decompile models and Blender (with the Blender Source Tools plugin installed) to edit the decompiled models (you might be familiar with these tools). After exporting the model and recompiling it for in-game testing, I noticed the collision detection deviated from the actual model. When viewing the model through Crowbar's View module and enabling the "Physics Model" option at the bottom, the physical model appeared misaligned - seemingly rotated twice by 90° along different axes, likely due to coordinate system differences. I adopted a brute-force approach by pre-rotating the physics model twice in Blender (+90° along the Z-axis and +90° along the X-axis), which resolved the issue after recompilation 😃. I also adjusted the model's thickness coordinates to 0.997~1.003 based on original values to prevent players from getting stuck when moving close to doors. Hope this helps! Thanks for this fix, I tried fixing this problem for a while but whenever I compiled the model the collision broke on it. Just wondering, how did you end up decompiling/recompiling the model?
