Mood Lighting - No Eye Strain

描述
A small change to the /awesome/ Mood Lighting mod by the great @crunk aint dead , removing the shimmer and flickering effects from most of the light sources for all those who may find it tiresome in cities at night.

I hope its TEMPORARY solution for all who have a high shimmer sensitivity
Completely autonomous, does not require the original mod.

The author of this fix is sir ​​ @Asur .

i removed the shimmer effect from the turret spotlight, it was the only one that had it enabled accidentally.

I added this patch as an alternative to the mood lighting page <3
