Improved version here, now with Overseer

Adds the Voteless from Helldivers 2

Features
►Playermodel - Pac3, Helix or Nutscript. Just use /charsetmodel.
►Proportion Trick
► 2 versions. Its one "model," the alternate appearance is a bodygroup.

Known issues
►Nothing major as of yet leave a comment on issues!

When you make the overseer / elevated overseer for pm/rangdoll, can you please make the armor change from black to white? and player color for the spots that are glowing?
