This wallpaper is quite special. The background is preferably black, just like in the example. When the background is white or a brighter color, all the effects will become very faint. For many wallpapers, I try to add as many customization options as possible. But for this one, there are too many limitations. I've thought of everything you have, but the implementation effect is really poor, so I gave up on these customization features.

when i say position is up, down,left ,rirght...

Can you add a option/slide to make the image container bigger , so we can add custom picturres/gifs , and if we could change the position of the image inside the circle that would be great
