Modified textures

RPG-43 - HEAT
RPG-40 - HEI
RPG-43's fragmentation is +- like RPG-6 from IFA3,
RPG-40 has a greater fragmentation, but the penetration is slightly lower

Main textures resolution reduced from 2048x2048 to 1024x1024
Shadow maps resolution decreased from 2048x2048 to 256x256
(This allowed to significantly reduce the overall size of the mod)
LODs added (optimization)
Materials overhauled (visual improvement)
Classnames changed

@Mango Red would require own model and just a couple config files for it's damage etc pretty simple to make I'll try to make it myself in a few months and release a short tutorial or a whole mod that simplifies everything so much to way to make it bare bones easy to make for anyone who doesn't know that much about modding etc
