2 weeks ago I was on vacation in Hon Tam Resort, Nha Trang. Like any beach resort, it was fantastic and it got me inspired to work on a map again. During my time there, I was living in a bungalow but didn't realize there were actual houses up there that you could stay in as well. I thought back to The Emil Residence, my first time bringing a modern house to Garry's Mod and wanted to do the same thing here. Turns out it wasn't so successful since the houses were barred off and the layout in general was a bit of a mystery to me.

So I turned to the internet instead and found designs similar enough to the houses I saw. I landed on a very sweet looking one story house and did took some liberties with the design for the sake of creative license. Take this as a Emil Residence sequel.
