描述
Adds a chance to have Storm of Magic everywhere. Works with IEE, TOW and TOW Classic campaigns too.

Also, this mod makes a button visible that let's you enable Storm of Magic in custom battles.
Button can be found from the settings tab in the map selection screen.
This button has always been there and is made by CA, it's just not visible without this mod.

If you enable the storm of magic feature in custom battles and then disable this mod, storm of magic will stay enabled.

it's set to 1, which is the same as the highest tier in vanilla
