TTT Ghost Trap

Ever wanted to unleash some spooky ghosts upon the innocents? Look no further!

The Ghost Trap is a throwable grenade that, after detonation, spawns a scary ghoul to chase after anyone they see. By default, the Ghost Trap comes with four Ghouls with unique behavior. The Ghoul that spawns is random.

Jitterskull: A big scary skeleton. Makes bone crackling sounds. Flies around before violently lunging at targets.

Sjas: A scary demonic face. Similar to Jitterskull, but instead of lunges it violently sprints towards its target.

Creeper: Spooky Scary Skeleton who really wants to rattle your bones. Blends into the floor and is much quieter than the other ghouls. Comes with a minor jumpscare when it attacks alongside his signature catchphase.

Yurei: She promises shes not the ghost from the ring. Picks a target to haunt. Target hears a slow heartbeat sound on occasion and Yurei will appear around them. The rate of appearing and heartbeat will steadily increase until she attacks the player with a truly terrifying jumpscare*. Will occasionally change target instead of attacking however.

All Ghouls are killable(and is heavily advised in the case of Yurei). Due to their Ai while Navmeshes are recommended they can still function on maps without AI nodes or Navmeshes, just a lot more passive.

Note: Ghouls are heavily modified from their original addon due to being detected as a Seizure risk. Jumpscares have been mostly removed minus for some tame ones in order to combat this. Sounds are also changed overall to be a lot less loud.

Don't like the Ghouls? This addon is also incredibly easy to modify to add your own NPCS! Simply Decompile the addon using Gmad, open the .Lua file for the Weapon inside ttt_ghost_trap, and look for the Swep.NPCS line. Simply replace the Ghouls there with the name of any NPC you would prefer or add them on-top of the existing ghouls, following the existing formatting. The possibilities are endless, and it should work with any NPC Base.
