EGGMAN'S ANNOUNCEMENT (Replaces Citadel Alarm)

A stupid silly mod I made a long time ago, and I did it because I was bored.

Replaces the Citadel Alarm from the beginning of the game with another one that includes the epicly stupid eggman's announcement from SnapCube's Sonic Adventure 2 (Dark Story + Final Story) | Real-Time Fandub Games, with Overwatch Voice effect & everything! (taken from "How to sound like the HL2 Overwatch Voice", by Dr_Al_).

I used the eggman solo version from Eggman's Announcement (Isolated Studio Vocals) to make this.

I also extended the original Citadel Alarm a bit to match the duration with the original speech (thought in a funny way, I guess).

And no, i'm not gonna upload a video showcasing the audio change, but if you want to do it for me, let me know :)
