Operation Praying Mantis

On 14 April 1988, the American guided missile frigate USS Samuel B. Roberts struck a mine while transiting international waters as part of Operation Earnest Will. The explosion pierced the hull and broke the keel of the Samuel B. Roberts, which nearly sank but was saved by its crew with no loss of life. The mining of the Roberts was the last straw for President Reagan, who has authorized a proportional retaliatory strike to cripple the Iranians' ability to fight the Tanker War. Play as either the USA or Iran in this famous battle. Requires New Threat Upgrade (I might make a version without NTU since the US ships are only upgraded to the 1986 so it's not super different from the base game) and "Armed Oil Rig with Helo" mods to work properly. This is my first scenario and workshop mod so feedback is appreciated!
