Operation Desert Storm has begun. A massive air Campaign by the Coalition forces, against Iraq, is underway. As a retaliation, Iraq's President, Saddam Hussein, ordered Scud ballistic missile strikes against Tel Aviv, in an effort to drag Israel into the war, and thus shatter the Coalition. As a consequence, destroying these Scud missiles becomes, not only a military, but also a political priority for the leaders of the Coalition.

You and your wingmen, flying brand-new Strike Eagles, are part of a Scud Combat Air Patrol, in charge of finding and destroying Scud launchers, before they cause mayhem.

Your targets are fixed Scud sites, deep inside the south-west part of Iraq, known by the Coalition as 'Scud Alley'. They have been spotted by British Special Forces who have defined a 35 nm radius search area where, they believe, three sites are located.

Head to course 00, begin your search in the SCUD SEARCH AREA and destroy all three Scud sites.
Make sure to stay under ten thousand feet to avoid enemy radar detection and be aware of enemy interceptors.

Friendly Forces:
Package (call sign Packard): 4 x F-15E Strike Eagle with long range strike loadouts (each with 8 x laser guided GBU-12s, 3 x Drop Tanks, 4 x AIM-9Ls.)
Supporting Aircraft (call sign Sentry): 1 x E-3 AWACS

Hostile Forces:
Scud Launchers, SAM and Anti-Aircraft-Artillery. Possible presence of enemy fighters.
