Also, I mean to start modding when I can, and I am likely to start with XML and then learn to code: out of interest, where did you run into the issues with putting what's in your head into the mod without scripting? Thanks for making everything freely editable too!
@Proto, that's... actually really interesting, given the theming. I know that the Rogue Robot mod advises against using other chargen mods at the same time due to such problems, but I might actually try that.
Regardless, this feels like the closest thing to a "deprived/challenge start" mod that Qud has - keep up the good work!
This is probably the most balanced mod for hybrid mutant + cybernetics, but personally I'd prefer a slightly easier early game, and fewer mutation points per level to avoid inevitably scaling to be the strongest. Maybe a restriction on cybernetics as well, though I'm not sure what would be fair.
