Johnny Silverhand's Unique handgun

The original, powerful version, chambered in rifle ammo with ID: rebel

This high caliber semi automatic pistol can be obtained from the Unchained Belt.
It can later be crafted after learning the recipe from high tech item chips.

Balance pass made following patch 0.9. Particularly pistols received a lot of balancing from the devs. As a result the following changes have been made to better make the Rebel fit in.

- base weight reduced to 2.4
- durability reduced to 115
- cost reduced to 1000
