描述
The Chosen One from Animator vs Animation makes his return to Rivals of Aether with a fiery moveset, utilising his full array of elemental powers in battle!

Gimmick: Flame Stance
Hitting opponents with fire moves activates a flame stance where TCO activates his fiery hands. Many moves have alternate fire versions in this stance. Nspecial also activates flame stance.

Nspecial: Hover
Nspecial makes TCO hover in the air which limits his vertical movement with fast horizontal movement. TCO can use any attack or special out of this state while still retaining a bit of hover physics.

Stage control: Thundercloud
Dspecial spawns a thundercloud above TCO. While underneath the cloud, Dstrong and flame stance Dair will summon a powerful lightning strike.

Compatibility
TCO has compatibility with his down taunt where he draws a quick portrait of the opponent. Compatibility guide is identical to the older TCO mod and can be found here: https://pastebin.com/GKZncEEG

i dont play tco but a friend does, the jab combo often times drags people from across the map who were previously hit by it when its doing the grab part, normally getting absurd kills in 3+ player matches because the other guy wasnt prepared for it. i dont have extra info on the bug so i hope this helps.

you really gotta just change side special as it is, maybe it should only have knockback a set distance from chosen one cause as it is it's sort of a "square hole" situation to most engagements. The only counter to it is to be ready to parry it, but the distance that it threatens is too great for that to be fun on the receiving end.

This character is really neat, but side special is far too spammable for how amazing it's range and kill power is, to the point that it makes the character really unfun to fight against.
