描述
This is a famous mod that was created by the AV developer, and which was later removed from steam.
I decided to try posting it again, maybe they won't delete it.
The mod adds Russian transport to the game as hosted objects, adds them to traffic,
and also replaces the state numbers with Russian ones on the default transport.

Сожалею, но мод не мой, мой только конверт. Так что менять в нём ничего не буду. А так в принципе можно всё. Найти прописку транспорта и удалить ненужное.

Sorry. The description was incorrect. Fixed it. Traffic appears gradually.
To make sure that the mod is working, see if the transport has appeared in the assets.
And the numbers on the traffic should change.

The description says "An electronic display for access and control of vehicles can be found in the "Transport" menu."

I activated the mod but the traffic doesnt seem to appear. Do I need to turn off all other traffic mods?
