Vanilla HEV Suit with Viewmodel Arms

Just like Vanilla HEV With Fewes' Arms[gamebanana.com], but with the Vanilla Arms instead of Fewes' ones.

I did this because it bothered me that they made a Fewes version FIRST, before making a Vanilla version instead. So I Fix that.
Both are using the same low resolution and low poly, Retail HEV Suit, which I never liked, but I made it just to make it compatible with most reskins.
