Better Fighter COMMAND BAR Layout (Awakening of the clone wars)

A simple mod that fixes the messy fighter/bomber/gunshipp squadron's layout in the command bar, they now are grouped into the same group and you'll no longer see them in different spots of the command bar, making the batch selection way easier

- Fixes scarab droid squadron from being in another row of the command bar
- Fixes HMP Gumship squadron in the same way
