(WIP) Generic tactical combine replacement

There's a lot issues for this addon and I planned to push out a 1.0 update after I learned some experience in Source modding which aimed to fix and optimize, also be noted that the art direction for all the combine models will shift.

Here's a list of things that will be change or edited in the 1.0 update:
-More compressed and optimized textures
-Fixed up VMT files and Barney's icon image
-Shorter screen freeze/stuttering when spawning a combine
-Completely new file structure from the ground up
-Possible random bodygroup for map spawned combine script function

Simple Q&A:

Q: When will be the 1.0 update?
A: honestly, I can't be sure as well, considering I have so many things to do in life right now, I don't think it will come out anytime soon, only when everything is well polished.

Q: Will this mod's file size be smaller after the update?
A: Yes, the update could reduce the file size below 750mb since the main cause of that large file size is the textures.

Q: Can I use/edit your models and textures?
A: Go ahead, but remember to credit me.
