EMD F40PHM-2 Metra [BASE]

Basically, the F40PMH-2 is a variant of the EMD F40PH ordered by Metra, being part of Metra's last 30 F40 locomotives ordered, that differs from their other regular F40s as in they have a sloped cab which is similar to EMD's experimental F69PHAC locomotives; this cab earned the F40PHM-2s the nickname of "Winnebago". This mod aims to recreate the F40PHM-2 as accurately as possible; features include EMD 645 engine audio, EMD bell audio, 3-part New Cast P5 horn audio, particles (start-up smoke and running smoke), and lights. Liveries and edits off of this are allowed, just credit me and mark this as required.

- Made the F40PHM-2's model UV bigger (this will break liveries made for the previous model, so they'll need to be remade, sorry)
- Fixed the numberboard UV being flipped
- Added a better, more accurate P5 horn model
- Added a base livery (vanilla Metra)
- Fixed some minor model issues
