(DVD REQUIRED) Monopoly: Tropical Tycoon (TTS Edition)

Monopoly: Tropical Tycoon is a DVD board game released in 2007. A dutch version of the game has been on the Workshop for some time, but I wanted an English version complete with tons of extra bells and whistles on here.
This game requires a DVD copy of Monopoly: Tropical Tycoon. It does exist on Internet Archive for those who are curious.
Features:
• Recreation of every title deed from scratch.
• Tokens in both deep pewter and golden color.
• Trays for all buildings and Fortune Tokens.
• Digital Money counters.
• Extra game board for tracking weather and the Cruise Ship.
