Thirdperson Shotgun Fix VScript

Local only.

Adds firing sound to shotguns while in thirdperson mode. Supports custom models, sounds and stuff.

Since checking thirdperson state is only possible for host player, other players need to use "!tpf" chat command to manually activate this. Host does not need the command.


Noticed that other ones require VSLib functions so i made this simple one instead. (Yes i know there is one that claims to not use VSLib but uses VSLib functions anyway...)
