DE MU BR 609 Integral S5D95

The S5D95 is a type of DMU built by Integral Verkehrstechnik AG in Austria. The manufacturer planned to build a range of different railcars, but because of a lot of initial difficulties, only 17 were built, all for the Bayerische Oberlandbahn. In 2020 all of them got replaced by new vehicles and the Regiobahn, which operates in the greater Düsseldorf area, and have been in use there since. They are planned to still be in service for a few years, even though there are a lot of problems with these vehicles and multiple runs need to be replaced with busses in the regular schedule. They are used on the S28 and RE47.
