Mutated Lizirdard

Radioactive waste came in contact with the poison on it's torso, causing two things to happen. Most noticably it mutated the Lizirdard severely into.. whatever this is, and also caused the poison to become extremely runny. Dont ask me how on earth a Lizirdard found radioactive waste. (Maybe they decided to take a bath in the radioactive waste soup at Aqua de Vida in Cave.) It also gained an extra toe on each foot.
