MÁV Class 303 002

The MÁV originally ordered it from the Hungarian Royal State Iron, Steel and Machine Works in 1940, but due to the Second World War, it was only completed in 1951.
The two 303s hauled heavy express trains for ten years, after which they were scrapped. After scrapping the 303 002 utility vehicle, it functioned as a water resistance and was then dismantled.
The remaining locomotive, 303 002, was restored in 2002 with its service car 001. The locomotive was completed at the Engineering Headquarters in Nagykanizsa, while the service car was completed at the Traction Headquarters in Zalaegerszeg.
