I've noticed a severe lack of any good quality historical mods on the workshop, My goal is to create historical factions, make them as accurate as possible, keep the number of required mods low, and make them look good quality. This is the sixth of more mods to come.

The American Civil War (1861–1865) was a conflict between the United States (Union) and the Confederate States of America (Confederacy), sparked by deep divisions over states’ rights. The Union, led by President Abraham Lincoln, aimed to preserve the nation and end slavery, relying on its larger population, industrial base, and rail networks. The Confederacy, led by President Jefferson Davis, sought independence to maintain its agrarian economy and slaveholding system, with a strong military tradition but fewer resources. Key battles included Gettysburg, Antietam, and Vicksburg. After years of intense fighting and significant losses on both sides, the Union emerged victorious in 1865. This mod includes the standard infantry, artillery, and cavalry of both the Union and Confederacy.
