Build And Battle Extras

Adds some parts from some popular mods to the Build and Battle mode.

I made this primarily for my friends group and myself to add some things from our Career game into this specific PvP mode (which has it's own tech tree requirements and parts whitelist). I didn't feel any of these mods were going to be updated with the PvP mode in mind.

Has zero effect or issue for Career mode or anything not Build'n'Battle mode

Will likely crash if you are not also subbed and enabled ALL the pre-req mods FIRST.
IF I add mods/parts to this mod in the future you will also need the new mods/parts!

• Changed the funds threshold of NUKES to be 2147483647 (int 32 max number!) to effectively remove them as an option. They're just too OP in BnB mode imo.
  
• Added the Missing Mining Lasers as a weapon unlock Removed, it was way OP!
  
• Increased the base price of Deck Cannons
  
• Reduced the funds thresholds for Bridges and Reactors.
  
• Increase the first round options by 1
  
• Remove/Replaced unarmoured Roof Light and Headlight
  
• Heat Pipe Structure is now ignored by radiator/exhaust

• Tiny Diagonal Bridge
  
• More Crew Quarters
  
• More Storage Sizes
• Armoured Roof Lights (Replacing vanilla items)
  
• Thrusterflame Armour (Also ignored by radiators)
  
• Bridge Corridors (also given new grouping and ignored by radiators)

• Medium and Large Diagonal Bridges (incorporated to vanilla counterparts)
  
• Sir Evans Deck Point Defence Replaced by Cloista's BnB Deck PD Turret
  
• Large Engineering Bay (and Overclock) Replaced by Engineering Bay Redux by ME
