In Blender, for this model, I kept the existing Body model fixed. I matched the existing Alyx_ELI head model with the stable body, making some cuts and weight adjustments for the head. And the existing eye texture was too cartoonish. So, I adjusted a more realistic eyeball texture for it. I added an extra mesh to fill the gaps in the background of the eyes. The lipsticks are SFM-compatible, so I didn't want to alter them. Many facial expressions would get cut off in standard Gmod compatibility, so I left them as they are, making it more efficient for SFM. I made realistic skin adjustments using Adobe Photoshop for the textures. I hope you like it.
