Arne's New Assets

Two new lift arms that increase the fun of the game. The green lift arm (1->2) behaves in the opposite way to the red one (2->1) in the vanilla version. For example, it can be used to avoid unnecessary kinks in vertical conveyor belts or paths.
With the blue one it is possible to bridge a field on both sides (2->2).
There is also a new power pole.
