gm_crosstrack is a small-medium sized sandbox map in the half life 2 canals art style.

There's 3 train tracks in the map, and random trains will run through them every minute or so. These will basically yeet anything in their path

There's cubemaps, editable fog and sun, nodegraph and navmesh included
The nodegraph will make the funny npcs walk on the train tracks so they get deleted by any crossing trains

This map requires post-anniversary half life 2, with both episodes bundled in. Also subscribe to the required addon to see the train models.

I threw this together in about 5 days to demonstrate the usage of my cool train prop's


type "cl_detaildist 4000" in your console to see the canal reeds from further away
type "ent_fire train_timer firetimer" into your console to manually send a train through
