[VScript] Blood Splatter From Damage

Basically what the title says, blood splatter when u take damage
For some reason when you get pinned by a special infected you wont see the blood, also when playing with other ppl on your local server, you will see every blood particle.

The mod will work with anything that changes the blood splattering effect
