描述
Did you know Concerts can only be held by pawns with noble titles?
Neither did I, til today, thought I'd just fix it myself.

Super simple patch, just removes the title requirements for hosting concerts!

Lmk if there are any weird conflicts or anything, as far as I know there aren't any incompatibilities

Thanks, this has been driving me nuts with the Vanllia Expanded aspiration to host a concert, I didn't know why it was never happening.
