A simple mod meant to boost all factions economic power for making way to a faster war proggression

Features:

- Buffed trade stations (CIS)
- Super Buffed Mining facilities (both space & ground) making mining planets a more attractive target, being the best resource generatos now, given that mining resources don't go to civic projects
- Buffed banks (CIS)
- Lucrehulk Core & Ring stations now give pop cap boosts (5 & 10 respectively) for giving the confederacy a way to counter Republic's planet number superiority
- Buffed Senator Office (REP)

Issues:
- Buffed credit generation doesn't affect PRE.EXISTING structures, new builded structures will have it, but old structures won't, keep this in mind
- Buffed Population for CIS Lucrehulks does work on pre existing structures

- Although Save Friendly, starting a new GC will result in a more balanced economy for both factions
- Changes aren't refletcted in text descriptions, as a way of making this submod compatible with others as long as they don't modify economic structures parameters
