Lt Zofia as Soviet EVA mod

Replaces the EVA announcer with that of Lt Zofia, the Soviet Intelligence officer from Red Alert 2. The most prominent voicelines are sourced directly from Red ALert 2, with additional plat related voice lines generated in AI made with Elevenlabs.
