Intended to be a more mild version of Item Randomizer V431, this variant of the mod keeps artifacts out of the common loot pool, essentially bringing all items that are normally restricted to the higher floors, as well as all spellbooks, also some items that are simply out of the loot pool normally, such as Tinkering items like Sentries.
