Brightshade Timer & Warning

Attaches a timer to stunned brightshades that represents the time left before they wake up. Additionally, when there's 1.5 seconds left, the brightshade will give out 3 white flashes (+sound) as a warning.

Here's how it's going to look in the game (rgb brightshades are not part of the mod, and are sold separately):


NOTE: once the timer runs out, the actual attack may be delayed for up to a second. This delay is determined randomly by the server and clients have no way of obtaining its value.
