You are the aquarium specialist at the local zoo and are tasked to fill all the new fish tanks that just came in.

Each empty fish tank has its own volume and comes with a set of four pre-filled buckets of different sizes, but there is a problem: sometimes the guys from the fish tank factory packed too many buckets!
